I gave it 3 stars due to the cost as it's very expensive for hand cream and because I don't find that it lasts a long time. Although you do notice results, I can't say that they are lasting without continued use. It smells good and does make hands feel good but I don't think it's worth the cost.

The dark spots are fading to the point that they are hardly visible. My skin looks smooth and feels soft. Honestly, from someone who watches her budget, well worth the price!
